1–2 days

You review a digital design

We turn your logo and colours into a real electronic mockup of the product, based on exactly what you asked for. You review it on screen and request changes — up to three corrections in total, so we stay on schedule.

3–7 days

We produce your order

Once the design is approved, we move straight into full production. Every batch is checked against the exact design you signed off on.

2–4 weeks

It arrives at your door

Your order is shipped and delivered — by sea or air, whichever suits your timeline and budget. We keep you posted the whole way.

5–8 weeks (sea) · 7–14 days (air)

A realistic note on timing: most first orders take around 10–14 weeks from your first message to delivery. Most of that time is production and sea freight, not back-and-forth — which is why we recommend ordering about 3–4 months ahead of when you actually need stock.
